Payments terms and conditions : 100% upon booking;

Cancellation policy: 50% refund up until 30 days prior to check in.

The tenant will pay all extra bank fees, transfers and commissions so that the full amount of rent reaches the landlord.

Rent is beiing charge in NIS according to the bank of Israel daily exchange rate,if your credit card is not beiing processed immediate , the amount might be slightly different in USD due to exchange rate change

Security deposit 1000$ by credit card will be placed on hold upon check-in and released 7 business days later if the apartment is intact (Holiday security deposit will be by wire or cash)
